Before ordering, it is advised that you contact us first with the following details: the date you need this by, the size of your surface, and, in the case of table plans, the number of tables and guests.

Once we confirm that your request can be met, we will ask you to send us the details.

You can send the details via email, by replying to the email you will have received from us asking you to send the details.

We will then get back to you within 1 to 2 working days with a proof for your approval.

The decal will be made and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days once you have approved the design. We would advise that you purchase the decal once all the changes to the design have been made and everything is locked in and ready to go.

We send all the parcels tracked with Royal Mail and they usually arrive in 1 to 2 days.

Please allow at least 10 days for the design, modifications, manufacturing, and delivery.

Before you begin, please make sure that you will have someone to assist you. The decal is very stiky once you remove the backing paper, so you cannot reposition it.

Depending on the size of your decal, it will come in several horizontal sections, with markers on each section which, when overlapped, will help you align all the sections. You can then remove them at the end.

The decal consists of three parts (sandwiched together): the backing paper, the letters/ graphics (which are made of vinyl), and the transfer paper. Before you begin, it is advised that you do a dry run, just to make sure that you have all you need on hand and that no sections are missing.

Step 1:

Slowly peel the transfer paper from the backing paper, ensuring that all the letters stay on the transfer paper. Some letters may not detach from the backing paper, in which case you can go back a few centimetres and press or rub with your finger over the sticking letter. You can then continue with Step 1.

Step 2:

Hover the transfer paper over the surface, creating a slight U shape. Ask the person who is helping you to gently press on the middle using a card or a squeegee. Slowly lower the sides of the U, little by little, whilst pressing with the card or squeegee. At the end, run over again with the squeegee over the surface a few times using a moderate pressure as to not break the glass. You can then slowly remove the transfer paper, making sure that all the letters stay on your surface.
